Before you start thinking about buying, it’s a good idea to understand your budget, your ability to obtain finance, and how much you can afford. 1 Select your block

Avonlee has a great range of blocks to suit any number of lifestyles, so you’ll be able to find the one that matches the size and dimensions you are looking for, and fits within your budget. Best of all, all our lots are titled and ready to build on now. Our complimentary lot-holding service is available to ensure you don’t miss out on getting the right block at the right price.

2 Choose your home design

It’s important that you understand how a house design needs to fit onto your block. Luckily our agents are here to help you with that! Have a look through our house and land packages and let us know if there are any designs you like. But if not……don’t worry, we have you covered! We also work with a network of leading Perth builders, and can help you find a builder who can turn your dreams into reality.

3 Contract for Sale

Now that you have selected a block and finalised your house design, it’s time to sign the contract for your lot. Our agent will meet with you to go through the contract of sale so you understand everything you need to. Once the contract is signed and accepted, you’ll have two weeks to pay your deposit.

4 Arrange finance

Now’s the time to talk finance! Understanding how banks and financiers operate can be confusing, but your builder and broker will help you work through your finances. They will be able to help arrange all your documentation, ensure your employment and credit ratings are OK, and guide you all the way through to finance approval.

5 Settlement

Contracts have been signed and finances have now settled. This is the day you become the official owner of your new block or house and land package, and building can commence. Congratulations! And remember to submit your voucher for free Fencing and Landscaping within 12 months of settlement.
